Club Manager is web based software offered by Wichit Pty Ltd (wichit.com.au) for the timely and accurate recording and management of registrations, results, parent help, point score and other metrics you may use to management your little athletics club.

Being hosted on the internet, Club Manager is available all the time, to all your management team. This means you can have your registrar updating registrations while your recorder is entering results at the same time. What's more, this can be done at home or even at the club during competition. In fact, several clubs have devices for each age manager or event and enter results as they occur. Once competition is complete all the results are already loaded and on the Club Website. 

Club Manager is very easy to use. It has been developed with parent helpers in mind. You don't need to be a computer wizard, it can be quickly taken up by anyone. For example, with just a moments instruction your parent helpers can key results in at the club.

Club Manager is sold on a per athletes basis so all clubs can afford it

Club Manager is priced on a 'per athlete' basis for initial licensing and setup. Club Websites are setup for a reasonable cost. You get a website that works for you. A nominal annual maintenance fee is charged for continued support and upgrades.

Recognising that centres are run by volunteers who have a wide range of skills and levels of commitment and generally being time-poor; Club Manager has been developed with great care that it be error free and intuitive. With this in mind it is reasonable to expect that you will not have too much trouble with Club Manager. However, if things do go wrong then support is available via Online Forum, Online Support Form, Email, and Phone.
