Keeping track of registrations is a breeze in Club Manager

It all starts with registrations, so if they're not right, nothing will be. With this in mind, Club Manager is designed to encompass as much or as little registration information as you require. At the same time data entry is a breeze. Registrations are tied to families so that updating a family record can also update the attached registrations for you. Registration numbers are kept unique in Club Manager for you.

Even better, Club Manager will let you share registrations with IMG's Clubs Online, and easily. It's all done in the backround, server to server. You just click a button. Not only can you get registration data from IMG, you can also update registration data at IMG. No need to update two systems, just update one or the other.

So no matter how you prefer to maintain your critical registration data, Club Manager will keep it right.

Club Manager is sold on a per athletes basis so all clubs can afford it

Club Manager is priced on a 'per athlete' basis for initial licensing and setup. Club Websites are setup for a reasonable cost. You get a website that works for you. A nominal annual maintenance fee is charged for continued support and upgrades.

Recognising that centres are run by volunteers who have a wide range of skills and levels of commitment and generally being time-poor; Club Manager has been developed with great care that it be error free and intuitive. With this in mind it is reasonable to expect that you will not have too much trouble with Club Manager. However, if things do go wrong then support is available via Online Forum, Online Support Form, Email, and Phone.
